30th Annual Food Safety and Sanitation Workshop sponsored by Washington State University, Northwest Food Processors Association, Oregon State University and University of Idaho, at Portland Airport Sheraton Hotel, Portland, Oregon. This workshop addresses basic sanitation as well as cutting edge issues related to food sanitation and food safety. Topics having broad interest are covered in the general sessions.
